My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. From the moment we arrived, everything was disorganized. We did not receive the welcome drink, we had to wait a long time, and no one accompanied us or even showed us where our room was. To make it worse, it was raining and all they did was hand us an umbrella with no assistance or guidance.
The hotel itself is poorly maintained. There are areas with unfinished details, viewing points with broken glass that have not been repaired, and cups thrown around the hallways. It reflects a lack of cleanliness and attention to safety. Overall, the service from the staff was consistently poor.
The food was another huge disappointment. They advertise 16 restaurants, but we were never able to eat at any of them because everything was always “full,” and no one made the slightest effort to help with reservations or offer alternatives. The food options we did see were basic, lacking identity, and nothing like what the hotel promotes.
Entertainment was also a letdown. Their entertainment team does not provide information or engage with guests, and you rarely see anyone sharing updates or leading activities.
Service at the beach and the pool was terrible—slow, inattentive, and clearly understaffed. On top of that, some of the external restrooms were not clean, which is unacceptable for a resort at this level.
