This hotel was everything that we expected, food was good and service was excellent. Only con was that you can’t swim in the ocean at the hotel beach. Overall we enjoyed staying at the hotel for 5 days. Isla Mujeres is great place to visit the Playa Norte beach is awesome.

Absolutely beautiful property. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Swim up bar was nice. Snorkeling off the beach was lovely. Massage on the beach was fabulous. Food was excellent. Friendly resident beach cat. Our ocean front room was phenomenal. Would love to stay here again.

Mateo, Tristan, women at front desk and young guys at pool all bar super kind, professional, and fun! Others like Alberto and Victor were always angling for higher tips and service contingent on that, alone. Cleaning staff works hard and property very clean and well-maintained! Older rooms: stains, creaky doors and slow drain in showers and sinks.

The room was amazing had a living room dining room and kitchen on one side. The other was the bedroom bathroom and Shower. There were two sliding glass doors and two sitting areas. The all inclusive ordering from a menu was great except the small portions and there’s the same menu every day

There are many amazing things about this resort. Specifically, some of the staff are incredible - Alberto, Victor, Abdel (all amazing at their jobs!). They were always so kind and attentive during any meal we had! The rooms were clean and the beach front was very nice and relaxing. The food was incredible (breakfast, lunch and dinner). Lots of selection and really enjoyed how fresh everything was. The front desk staff struggled a bit with friendliness. I chalked that up to being very busy and likely not a lot of support. The rooms did not always get cleaned and our room key some times did not work and we waited quite a bit to get it fixed. The pool was too hot to use but we used the upstairs pool instead and the beach! Both great choices! Other than that, it was a good property to stay at for the price :)

Liked the location and the building. Most restaurant staff were prompt and attentive. The concierge section needs improvement with the bell boy and younger staff. Several items of concern required 2 and 3 reminders to accomplish requests. Property Manager was very helpful and sincere to improve in certain areas.
