"Stayed two nights. The room itself was fine: comfortable beds, an okay shower, toiletries provided, and fresh towels. However, there were several issues. The shuttle information was extremely confusing. The website did not provide clear information, and I contacted the front desk multiple times from Times Square trying to find it. I was eventually told to go to 41st Street and 8th Avenue and look for a “brown” shuttle. The actual shuttle is green and white. I only found it because another bus...

"Stayed 2 nights in October. Hot water was actually cold. Window wasn’t locking , how did I find out? Because the next door was locked out by his roommate at 1:30 am. The man wakes me up by trying to enter my room through the sliding window. He had a foot in the room. I corrected him and his response was “oh my bad” finally someone came from the motel or maybe it was the police. Would not recommend"

"This accomadation is the worst i have ever stayed in. Luckily we were only staying 1 night and arrived late at 11pm due to a delayed flight but that was bad enough. Were would you start?. The room absoloutley stunk and was a putrid smell throughout the property, sockets hanging off wall filthy and stained towels the list could go on and on.but i will leave at that... Please avoid this place at amy cost it is HORRIBLE!!!"
