"This property met our needs perfectly. It was in a convenient, walkable location to Times Square and Rockefeller Center. Room service was daily, which is unusual now. Hotel was key card entry only after 5pm. Finally, on check out day, they could hold our bags until 10pm without an additional fee so we could continue to explore the city.
