"There was no hot or cold water at the hotel from midnight until 5 a.m. We arrived at 12:30 a.m., so we couldn't use the toilet or take a shower. Upon arrival, we discovered that the staff had lost our reservation. Furthermore, although the hotel is located on the airport grounds, there is no direct pedestrian walkway from the terminal—we had to take a shuttle. "Beautiful Lobby and great bar restaurant area. As soon as you leave level one it takes a drastic turn. The carpets are old and moldy. There was one elevator for 11 floors on our side of the hotel. We took the stairs to avoid the long elevator line where we were greeted with a 3 inch long cockroach. I wouldn’t stay here again."
