"great location. The rooms are spotless and the staff excellent. The only issue are the placement of the electrical plugs. When the rooms were upgraded, the electrical work could have been improved. This, however, is a minor detail. We've stayed at this hotel many many times and our stay has always been pleasant. "

"Before travelling to Italy I’d never heard of or stayed in any Social Hub Hotels, but I have to say that I’m now a fan! There are two locations in Florence and I stayed at the Belfiore Hotel, which was a short walk or tram ride from Florence Station. "We really loved staying in this hotel. Our room was in a detached house and it was beutiful, very big, clean. Parking is paid 25e per night, not really cheap and it is a small parking so make sure to reserve it. One things that was not clear mentioned and it is misleading is the pool. It is not included in the price and as breakfast, parking, it is extra charge for it. Gym was amazing and definitely made this experience even better. "

"Loved everything about the beautiful Croce di Malta. My room with a balcony was exceptonal with a beautiful outlook. Hotel staff without exception were helpful, friendly and professional. They went out of their way to find me a room for one night that I was unable to book online, meaning I didn't have to move. Tje rooftop bar had a stunning view over Florence & the pool was lovely to return to after a day of sightseeing & walking. I would most definitely stay at the Croce di Malta again. H"

"The hotel is lovely and well located. Posh shopping right around the corner. Excellent restaurants all around and the one attached to the hotel is excellent. Staff is lovely. I had an old Italian room turned into a hotel room with the beautiful painted ceiling and all the gorgeous old world trimmings. So nice to see this waking and going to sleep. Beautifully done, so very pleased."

"Great hotel! Loved loved loved it! Excellent staff. Clean room. Great breakfast, bar and restaurant. Close to everything and easy to walk to historic sites. Great wine! Kuddos to Daniel who always called our taxii. He was so helpful very customer focused. I will be back! Great place oh and great terrace that is beautiful and has a bar and appetizers. Highly recommend great hotel! "

Bus stop right behind hotel, hotel staff pointed this out and I wished I had taken advantage because Cab drive to Florence city about 55 euros each way. The breakfast is by far the best I’ve had on this trip. Alot of hot selections and fresh fruit "
