"Check in was easy. Staff were polite. The hotel offers many amenities such as a pool, laundry room, spa, and gym (for a fee). The hotel was a 13 minute walk to the Cathedral. The room was a bit small but was clean. I had the breakfast one day and it was good as they had plenty of options (buffet style). "

I would say, however, that I was by myself and the room could be slightly cramped if two people (even though double bed was comfortable). Would recommend if you’re looking for mid-budget hotels."

"Superb stay at gorgeous historic hotel in Florence! Interior decor is fabulous, bed extremely comfortable, interesting modern art throughout the hotel. Staff were lovely, welcoming and helpful with suggestions of things to do and where to eat. Also incredible location steps away from Duomo and Ponte Vecchio. I would 100% stay here again! "
