"Outstanding service and attention to detail from the staff. All staff including the breakfast employees were extremely patient and helpful. We were celebrating my wife’s birthday and received a nice bottle of Prosecco on ice with a happy birthday balloon. She loved it! I have two minor things I’m nitpicking. 1.) "Excellent place , staff is very friendly and helpful, Omar on the front desk was a big help for us! The rooms are spacious and beautiful decorated, Bed are confortable, great breakfast, good location, I’ll definitely come back to this hotel when in Venice !"

"This was a great place to stay for a night while I was waiting to fly out of Venice to go home. Would be a good spot for more than one night. Right at the train station so really easy to pop on over to Venice, 10 min train ride and it was 1.50 euros or so for a train ticket. Felt safe, places to eat are within walking distance.
