"The property is very well taken care of. There were a few maintenance items that could use some attending. Paint touch up, lights in first floor bedroom kept tipping over, there was no umbrella for the outside patio table (who does not have a umbrella in sunny Florida for the pool?), a few weeds that could have used some picking, couch in main living area was pretty well used and gross looking upon arriving - and it was very uncomfortable to sit on. Would I rent again - absolutely, however,...

"We had a great stay. We evacuated from hurricane Milton and needed somewhere to go for our family of six. The property manager was very quick to respond and went above and beyond to help us with our stay. Definitely a thousand stars for their personable service. The home was an older home and actually reminded us of a hope we used to live in not too long ago, which made it nostalgic. It was a great stay. "

"We had a great time staying at the resort. The property was secure and nearby shopping, grocery, coffee shops, amusement parks, and main interstate. The staff on the property were very helpful and pleasant. We stayed for two weeks and were visiting our new grand baby. Our children were able to visit us as well on the property for an afternoon and it made all the difference in our gratitude for this resort. The unit was clean and spacious. "I do not recommend NOVA. All foreigners when you call in…nice but hard to understand Kitchen has bare minimum. 1 roll of paper towels and TP. 2 dishwasher pods. Had to buy more for 12 day stay. All rules and regulations are not put in Expedia rules guide when booking Pool was not heated even though I paid 385.00, 2 weeks in advance. I had to text a message vs a call to try to resolve. They claimed that the pool was heated but it was not and so you pay for heat but they don’t actually heat...
