"Everything shopping was walking distance. Safe to walk around and find all the things you wanted and didn't know you wanted. Very clean and everything was easy and convenient to get to, whether by Taxi or bus. The hotel itself was amazing. The staff was so friendly and helped with what ever was needed. Will definitely stay again when I return to Kyoto. "

"Magnificent stay. This is probably the nicest hotel I have ever stayed at. All staff were extremely helpful and even helped me contact the JR rail people after I left my passport on the train. The spa is amazing, and the location cannot be beat. I was genuinely sad to leave. "

O café da manha oferece opcoes ocidentais e possui muitas variedades, pela tarde eles oferecem sorvete a vontade e sobremesas japonesas. Experiencia incrivel"

"Absolutely fantastic hotel. The staff were brilliant and so helpful. Subway was right on our doorstep allowing easy links to kyoto station in 9 minutes. We went for a room with lounge access which is a must. Good selection of drinks tp help you unwind after exploring this lovely city. Lots of food places nearby including Nishiki market. We originally had a booking at the Hilton but so glad we changed our mind. "

"Great free amenities available at the front desk. All staff were friendly and welcoming. The blockout blinds were incredible! We slept in one day as it was so dark and quiet, shocked when we opened the blinds! Great walking distance from a lot of attractions. Note we did not use the restaurant at all so can not comment on that."

"I rarely write reviews but have to for this as the property and the staff were amazing. I used to be in hotels and the upkeep on Hotel Musse has been amazing. Ie still looks and feels completely new. It was so quiet - despite being in the absolute thick of things. It is right on the main shopping strip - also right beside the Kamo and Pontocho alley and in bw 2 stations. Breakfast was great and the drinks machine in the lobby was a nice touch. there is a family mart right next door + a chemist +...

"一入到酒店就要除鞋。。完全進入一個他他咪嘅世界。。一入到去就放啲鞋喺locker交鎖匙俾reception。。之後個程序每一次離開酒店就放低房鎖匙。。再攞返條鞋櫃鎖匙。。返嚟嘅時候俾返鞋櫃鎖匙再攞返房鎖匙。。我就試咗佢嘅日式晚餐。。真心都幾好食。。每日早餐自助餐，超級豐富。。而酒店裏面都有溫泉。。分別有五個私人溫泉同一個公眾溫泉。。夜晚仲有宵夜。。呢度服務好好。。下次再嚟京都我都會揀返呢間溫泉酒店"
