"This hotel is it tourist central! Straight outside you step into the hustle bustle, the air filled dope and very overpriced eateries. Having said that, the hotel is conveniently located for Centraal station and Dam square. We declared two disabled travellers in our booking (one in each room) so why they put us on the top two floors with narrow, awkward staircases and sloping roofs is a mystery to me. The hotel staff were very lovely and friendly. "
