Smooth check in experience, with very nice staff. I booked this property specifically so I didn't have to trek very far to the concert I was going to, and the nightly rate when I was going was an incredible value for being so close to the concert halls. In general, the location is great for getting into the city, the airport, or even if you don't want to go very far, there are several places to eat, shop, or groceries. The buffet breakfast in the morning was a great touch too.

The staff were lovely, the location was perfect. Breakfast and hotel were great. But the reason we book a hotel is to have somewhere to sleep and the beds were horrendous the mattress on the bed was solid and lump, the sofa bed had a massive dip in the middle and the mattress can only be described as sheet thin. The bathroom had mould round the sink and on the floor with dried water stains under the sink. The walls in the hotel room were covered in marks and some pencil drawings. The curtains had what looked like moth holes all over them stopping them from being blackout as there was so much light shinning through the many holes. The noise from neighbouring rooms was horrendous you could hear every word all night long. As a building and location ideal as somewhere to sleep terrible.

This place was a true gem in Amsterdam. The location is perfect—just a one-minute walk to the metro station, which made getting around the city incredibly easy. The room was spotless and very well maintained, with a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The breakfast was excellent, offering a complete and satisfying menu. Everything felt thoughtfully arranged, from the nice ambience to the comfortable setup. On top of that, the staff were genuinely kind and helpful. All of this at a very reasonable price. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Internet was slow. I’d booked this trip as a birthday present for my partner, all of this information I had put on the special requests section when booking! I had asked for something nice to be done for my partners birthday, like a happy birthday slate being put in the room for example. This request was never even mentioned or actioned. Breakfast poor with limited options. Bed felt like we were sleeping on a rock! My back is now in bits! Overall not a great stay!

Oteli ikinci kez tercih ettik. Genel olarak beğendik. Fakat odada buklet malzemeleri ve terlik olmaması eksik olmuş. Ayrıca konaklamamız devam ederken banyodaki şampuan ve diş fırçalarımızın atılmış olmasına da anlam veremedık ! Odalarda ütü ve ütü masası olması çok güzel ve artı bir detay.
