"Tolle Lage, haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, mitten im Zentrum zu sein. Waren im dritten Stock, deshalb auch kein so großes Problem mit Lärm, aber Ohrstöpsel empfehlenswert. Sehr enges, steiles Treppenhaus, war für uns aber auch kein Problem. Ideal, wenn man mit der Bahn unterwegs ist, weil direkt am Bahnhof. "

"Excellent hotel in prime location! Free bikes so you can explore more! Staff is super friendly gave me a little note and chocolate as well as a late check out so this was much appreciated as I had a late flight. We also had drinks at the Lyan bar which has funky vibes and great cocktails. There is also social hour from 4-5p with free wine or beer. It seems to be a popular place and was fully booked but staff did not seem rushed-they were kind to everyone! Will defo be back !"

"Our stay at the Hoxton Lloyd was really special. We loved the decorations, cleanliness, and the staff were very courteous and accommodating. The restaurant and bar was really nice too. The hotel is walking distance from the tram which makes it convenient for getting to all the landmarks in Amsterdam. If you are traveling with a person who needs more assistance just be aware that the building does not have rails or ramps at the front entrance."

Airport shuttles were large, very efficient and regularly scheduled, though pickup time at airport could be affected by traffic and busload. 3 person room worked out well for us. Would stay here again for the same purpose of airport departure."

There was black mold around both of our windows that extended along the wall. Mentioned it to the manager and we got a “sorry that sucks” I would have thought there would be an offer to move me to a different room or have it cleaned. That’s didn’t happen. 2. Mold continued in the shower in the grout of the tile. 3.Bedside lamp didn’t work. 4. "
