"Cleaned room. Staff was amazing. Ac does not cool. Was able to get a ventilator easily but room has no windows so it was hot air circulating. Not easy to sleep."

"I greatly enjoyed my stay at the hotel. I was there for 7 days. I wanted to be outside of Amsterdam downtown and I was well-served! There was a tram almost in front of the hotel, which was convenient in both directions. It is a 10-minute walk to the metro. The breakfast was fantastic! And even more so at the top of the hotel. Beautiful views over Amsterdam. The staff was also extremely helpful and attentive."

"If you book the studio room, be aware that you have zero privacy in the shower. The shower is just a clear glass door and opens into the upstairs space so when you’re changing, your legs can be seen from downstairs and anyone near the stairs can see you showering. There’s also no conditioner provided. Other than that, the hotel was great - clean and very close to the train station for getting around and close to the grocery store if you need a drink or quick bite."

"Wat een fijn hotel om te verblijven! Moderne schone kamer en prima bed. Gratis parkeren op eigen terrein en een restaurant maken het helemaal af. Het ontbijt is erg lekker en uitgebreid. Ligt op een industrieterrein/kantoren terrein, maar doordat alles bij het hotel zit, hoef je ook lekker niet meer weg na het inchecken. Lekker een drankje in de bar en daarna een hapje eten, helemaal prima! Alle medewerkers zijn heel vriendelijk."

Room service, when I chose to use it since only one change of towels needed, was excellent . BUT, I stayed in a single room, I doubt if you could swing a kitten in it, let alone a cat. To walk between the bed and the desk you had to turn sideways! The bathroom, again immaculate, was tiny - if you used the shower it flooded the whole bathroom floor despite a shower curtain. To...

Shuttle transport both delivered me and returned me to Schipol comfortably and dry in good time to take my onward flight.
