"Quirky hotel built within a former church. Fairly new, very clean. Rooms are on the small end of the spectrum, but perfectly fine for a single traveller. Excellent breakfast and dinner, very helpful staff. Would definitely recommend!"

"Lovely hotel and our second time visiting, the only thing we weren’t keen on was the new self check in service, it just felt quite impersonal! We preferred it when there was a proper reception. Other than that, more food options where reception is would be handy as there aren’t too many places local. Nice hotel but these are just personal preferences. Staff helpful when they were there."

"Arrived at the Usual for another few days as the family live very close by and this hotel is very convenient but the room was extremely cold. The outside temperature was 16 degrees and the air conditioning was on in my room and the fan was blowing out very cold air. Hardly the weather for air conditioning to be on. I spoke to reception and was told that the temperature was set the same for all the rooms and she would turn off the fan. However the room the next day the room was too cold. I am 83...

"Convenient Short over night AirPort hotel. IT has free bus Shuttle to and fro AirPort and breakfast and other meals available. Also nearby is the bus terminal for buses into Amsterdam city"

"Excellent location near Amsterdam Centraal and easily accessible by train from the airport Walkable distance to all sightseeing opportunities. Canal cruises and attraction and museums. Would stay again"

"It was a great property and in an excellent location to all of the museums and sights I was going to see. I did have a little trek from the tram stop to the hotel, I came from the main train station & took the tram. It is a very safe location too, my friend from the area confirmed for me. Room was clean & it does have air conditioning which is awesome."

"The property needs updating for sure, including the old stained carpeting. The room and linens were clean, and we had what we needed. We didn't spend much time in the room with so much to see. However, the hotel had coffee and tea available im the lobby 24/7 but they charged for hot water and of course the coffee. "The room and air conditioning were small but nice. The problem I had was that I was on first floor and had very loud people above me. Staying up late and getting up very early. Once they were asleep or left for the day it was fine. The noise in the hall was manageable but having to be waken up at 6 am everyday was not pleasant."
