"Very friendly staff and great location, right in the centre and a few yards from the train station."

"Such a cool hotel! Very clean, our rooms set up differently but worked well. The location is great for getting around the city."

"Love it"

"We were very impressed with the hotel and would return on another trip. The location is perfect. An easy walk from the Central train station and is in the centre of Amsterdam city area. Staff were excellent, the on site part is award winning, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. One note: If you have anything to speak with the hotel about before your stay, please contact them directly and not through Expedia. We were arriving early in the morning, so booked a room for the prior night. I...

"The property has some issues which are we were told IHG policy. For example there is no way to communicate with the front desk as there is no phone in the room. Therefore in case of emergency ' one could get ill ' and have no way to communicate. When we asked the question in this regard the person on duty stated if you get sick there is nothing to be done. This is Company policy. RIDIULOUS ! Another example we needed some additional towels. The only way to get these I had to take the elevator...

"We loved this hotel, plenty bars nearby and a variety of different routes into the city too!!"

"We only stayed one night but we greatly enjoyed our stay! The hotel is clean and bright, and we enjoyed the sauna and pool. The beds were comfortable and the staff were friendly and welcoming. It's a little way into the main city centre, but we rented bikes and no problems getting around. Highly recommend!"

"Das Zimmer und das Bad waren sehr klein. Das Zimmer hat gerochen und war nicht sauber. Es hat getropft aus der Decke im Badezimmer.Die Fenster waren nicht isoliert und es war sehr laut nachts. Die Lage ist gut. Würde nicht wiederkommen."

"Convenient Short over night AirPort hotel. IT has free bus Shuttle to and fro AirPort and breakfast and other meals available. Also nearby is the bus terminal for buses into Amsterdam city"

"Love this location, will definitely stay again."

"We stayed three nights. The hotel is about one Kilometer from the Central Station. Easy walking to ground transportation. Food options in the hotel were limited and not great value for money. The room was a good size, comfortable and well maintained. Housekeeping was provided everyday. The room provided everything we needed. On top of hotel rate we paid a 100 Euro City tax as well."

"Great stay, central and clean. Door was just a little hard to turn to exit the room."

"Staff were very welcoming and helpful, breakfast was really good. Comfortable beds, nice pillows and temperature of room was perfect. Could open windows for fresh air too. Tea and coffee available and bottles of water replenished daily. Weren’t able to use the garden area as told it was private which was strange considering the name of the hotel, and this was one of the reasons we picked it. Welcome drink on arrival. A lovely hotel and stay."
