"The room was even smaller than we had expected but nevertheless contained all of the advertised features. Although our room had a double bed, it was, necessarily, pushed against a wall so that one could only get in or out on one side. We deliberately selected a room without a window to try and reduce external noise: this seemed to work. "

"I had an incredible sleep, a really comfy bed, and so dark and peaceful. The staff are great and the rooms are really cool. The one lift is an issue as you can wait to get into a very crowded lift, and every thing costs more money ( leaving bags etc) also the rooms don’t have wardrobes so not ideal for a long stay, but well worth a night or two "

"We booked this hotel because it was easily acessible from inner London as my family from France was coming for our wedding. They had enough rooms for all 17 of us and three of these were next to each other. The double rooms were not very spacious, but comfortable and very clean. The support from the hotel staff was amazing helping us book cabs to get to our venue and recommending places to eat nearby. "

"This hotel has everything you need while still being fairly cheap. Our room had aircon, a kettle with free water for tea or coffee, plenty of plugs, soap and dental care kits in the bathroom, and a comfortable bed. The staff were so nice and pleasant and try to keep your stay as perfect as possible. The only downside I can think of is the shower is a bit small but it comes with a detachable nozzle AND a rain attachment on the ceiling that makes up for it in my opinion. The hotel is also very...

"All the ladies at the front desk were so nice and helpful. The older man at the front desk in the afternoon was not as nice or helpful but everybody else was amazing. I would not call this place luxurious but it very comfortable, clean and affordable."
