Hotel was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was decent. Close to Prague Central Station and main tourist areas.
Only issue we had was at check when paying tourist tax. The receptionist advised that my husband's card had declined, but our bank cleared the payment. Put a bit of a damper on our stay when we left! Which was a shame

Overall, I had a very enjoyable stay and would recommend this hotel. The staff was friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location met my needs perfectly.
My only suggestion for improvement is the shower/tub design. The bathtub had unusually high sides, making it difficult to step in and out safely. I'm 6'3", and even I had to bend my legs quite a bit to get in and out. It made me think that older guests or anyone with limited mobility could have a difficult time and potentially be at risk of slipping or falling.
Other than that, I had a great experience and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
