"The property casino was nice and shops were nice. I was extremely disappointed in being placed in the Versailles Tower which was really the hotel next door. The elevator straight down brought you to the Horseshoe casino. In order to get to the Paris, you walked down a series of hallways and and turns to get to the Paris Casino. The pool had a fair amount of film in the corners. Additionally, the hot tubs were out of service."

"I liked that the rooms were updated in the Silver tower. They were working on the pool area. The restaurants were good. The little stores were convenient for water and snacks for the room. Overall a nice place to stay."

"45 minute queue for check in on arrival with only two people working the desk. The shower was very dated, be aware it takes a long time for hot water to come through (minutes) and you cannot turn the air con off."
