"Room was excellent. I was expecting to have the sofa bed ready because my stay was for 4 persons and I got there late at night. If you don’t have water for your stay beware there’s no water around the room. They should have a machine at least for water and ice. Overall the room was amazing and clean like new. And everything was perfect for us. "

"Waterpark is an excellent added feature we used daily! Breakfast is just eggs and sausage with a tray of pastries and white bread (one toaster for the entire resort). This part was the only significant disappointment with young kids. When booking this resort we didn’t find it clear EAST VS WEST on any of the booking sites - west side has the waterpark and amenities and the east side requires you to cross a highway with a stop light that is legitimately 10 minutes!!! So take our advice and book WEST side. "

"Was a little nervous about this property, but once I got in I was super surprised. I wasn't in the room much, so this was a great spot to be far enough away from the disney bubble that I felt good, but close enough that I could hop, skip, and jump over. Great staff as well. Very clean and felt safe!"

"The pool is wonderful as is the hot tub. The activates center attendant was very nice and offered my kids big coloring pages with crayons to take back to the room. The golf area was covered, and I mean covered with leaves. Speaking of leaves the non-English speaking yard people start those very loud leaf blowers very early in the morning, also the very loud mowers. The non-English speaking workers also start speaking very loudly right outside of your unit very early in the AM, and a couple of them perched upon my bedroom windowsill. I had to bang upon the window to get them to leave! Otherwise, all in all it is a nice place."

"The hotel is spacious great for family vacations and the price is excellent. I didn’t like the towels are. It changed daily but you have the option to do laundry for clean towels. I don’t like to do laundry on my vacation. "

"Great source of entertainment for kids, the villa was perfect set up with full kitchen, washer and dryer in unit. The check in process took a very long time. "
