"The room was disgusting to the point that we left right after check in and didn’t even unload our car. Stains on the carpet. Smelled like cigarette smoke even though it’s a non smoking room. The were roaches and spiders everywhere. Mold on the lamp next to the bed. Shower was crusty and gross at the bottom like it had never been cleaned. Looked like a room that would have bed bug. Absolutely disgusting! DO NOT STAY HERE "

"Property was beautiful, bigger than I expected! Shuttle was great to use instead of the car or renting a golf cart! Staff was friendly, room was beautiful! Ate dinner at breezes, good food, wait staff, and enjoyed the live entertainment and karaoke! Used the pool, slides and lazy river! Only negative I would personally say, we did the right thing and paid per person for a tube in the lazy river, but it was not enforced consistently."
