"Spacious apartment on a quiet street and close to everything. I was a bit confused when communication came from a different name (Red House) and not through Expedia. I checked that it was legitimate, but there were differences in process, so do confirm. Red House person was great and let us leave our bags early on day of check-in while housekeeping was there. GO TO Vizio Virtù Cioccolateria--the brilliant chocolatier/bakery just up the main road at Sestiere Castello 5988. Amazing."

"The first room we rented had 2 TV’s and this room only had 1 TV and needed 2. Everything else in the kitchen, bedroom and bathroom was clean and nice. "

"This is a really great property in an amazing location. We had the Magnolia apartment and the living room and bedrooms are huge. The palazzo is beautifully restored and it is such a comfortable place. We were able to get a water taxi directly to and from so no dragging luggage around Venice. I highly recommend staying here. "

The property is centrally located, with easy access to both the train station and the main areas of the city, which made getting around very convenient. The rooms are beautifully styled with classic Venetian décor—charming and full of character. I had a canal-view room and truly enjoyed waking up to that view. The only minor downside was some noise from the garbage collection boats in the early morning. That said, it did not...
