"This property was excellent. We celebrated our honeymoon and everyone was so accommodating and very attentive. Mim was exceptional. She goes over and above to make sure everyone is taken care of. Professional yet very very kind. Nicolas was also exceptional. Always made us feel welcome. The only issue we had was upon our arrival at the train station the boat taxi from the hotel was extremely rude to us. We had areanged to have him pick us up at 3 and it was 2:55 and he was upset that...

"The hotel is very modern with a vibrant atmosphere. It had an amazing roof top area with gardens, a large swimming pool, loungers and bar. Its a 10 minute walk from the station, so is slightly away from the central tourist area, however one of the tram lines stops adjacent to the hotel. There's a good gym and the breakfast was great. The check in and communication was quite high tech and efficient, but there were plenty of very friendly and helpful staff on hand. "
