"You have to climb thee flights of stairs every time you go there. The rooms are poorly maintained. The shower looked like somebody had pissed all over the side of it, and was still sitting there. The toilet seat was not hooked on to the toilet. It fell off. The two lights in the bathroom did not work. There was no place in the shower to put your soap or your shampoo. "We loved this hotel! We were greeted at the door by Giovanni who had us sit down immediately and brought us water and espresso. Our room was ready early and it was so charming! We were given great restaurant recommendations too. The AC was a treat, the towels were so soft, and the bed was comfortable. After checkout we were able to leave our bags until heading to the train. Can’t recommend enough!"
