"The room was cleanish. Had a strong mildew oder and the ac was confusing. Had to adjust both panel and the ac on wall to have it cool down. Back door was odd on ground level and a bit scary? It wouldn’t close properly after checking it once. No bathroom ventilation was horrible. Shower had no door water went everywhere… It was a beautiful place but seemed crowded and loud. We expected family’s even though they pushed this couples thing hard. It’s next to universal studios but the whole place was...

"The Staff was fantastic! Easy to check in, WIFI included, Free Parking right in front of your room, and lots of great and walkable restaurants nearby. Rob was awesome and a fun to talk to, the gentleman that guided me to where to park was super helpful and amazing and the last dude that helped with an accommodation was a life-saver! Will return in the future! Thanks again!"

"I had a beautiful and relaxing stay at the Colony Inn Hotel. The room was comfortable, and the overall atmosphere made for a very pleasant experience. There are just two areas that could be improved: having a microwave in the room would be more convenient, and the TV could benefit from being mounted on a more secure swivel. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would consider returning in the future."

"They closed the restaurant literally the day before we arrived and we had no notice. They were still sending invites to breakfast and dinner. The other thing the pool is across the street at another hotel they own. We were only going to Universal Studios and are seniors, but if you had kids it might matter to you. Very convenient to Universal and the hotel was very nice. NO bar service either, and we thought we would relax in there."

"One of the best hotels i’ve ever stayed at! The hotel staff is so friendly and attentive you can tell they enjoy what they do! The rooms are so chic and very well decorated. Bed was also incredible. Don’t pass this one up. Will be returning on my next trip to LA"

"When arrived on location to check in they charged my card for early check in 65 and parking 50 for 2 nights. Then they changed my room 2 times do to not having communicated with housekeeping about early check in.. "

"We absolutely loved our stay at the Loews Hollywood Hotel! We upgraded to a top-floor room with a view of the Hollywood Sign, and it truly made us feel like king and queen for the week.
