"We liked the location. The area seemed nice and parking seemed secure. The staff was nice. The room was adequate. The breakfast would be good if you like pastries, but if you want a more traditional hotel breakfast look elsewhere."

"Love the trolley to Universal! Huge perk! Beautiful property with fun vibe with clean rooms! The traffic noise is loud & the AC unit in our room sound as loud as a rocketship (it did help lessen the traffic noise). The Front Yard is sub-par - not kid friendly and the breakfast bar is overpriced for lame options."

"We stained in a suite and one day the room was not cleaned, and the second day we had to go to the front desk around 3pm to request a cleaning, because no one came to clean again. They advertise breakfast included, but you can only get coffee, yogurt/mini muffins. All the rest, you need to pay."

You have to ask for things constantly, no remote in room, then needed clean towels, then housekeeping skipped me, then no hot water 1 morning, no refresh on coffee pods & creamer, etc…"

"Great hotel, very close to Universal ( 5 min walk to free shuttle that takes you up to the park). Wish pool was bigger and laundry room would be a big plus!"

"ok....so this little Inn is perfect. The location is amazing. The price is incredible. The Inn is safe and quiet. No, it's not glamorous and it's not the Ritz-Carlton and the rooms aren't large, but for the price I was astounded. The rooms are immaculate and there is cleaning service and parking. Perfecto."

"The property was remodeling the restaurant so there was quite a bit of construction which, I'm sure took away from the charm, but the room and the staff were great. The water pressure in the shower left a little to be desired but all in all we enjoyed our stay."

"There was no curtain and our room faces a construction site. The blinds could not block the sun light and the light woke me up at like 5.30 am. Even worse, the construction site started making noise at 6.30 or 7 am... I could not have enough sleep here."

"This was a reasonably priced room. The location is great if you want to walk to Hollywood blvd. You will need to drive about 10 mins to Universal Studios. We just paid for an uber roundtrip which was cheaper than paying the parks $40 parking fee. When we arrived they did not have parking available for us in their hotel lot. They only have 14 spots for 40 rooms. But they do have parking for $25 at the mall which will be a 15 min walk / process . We were able to get parking the next day at the...

"Amazing staff and perfect family hotel for exploring Hollywood. Free sodas, ice cream, snacks and of course the legendary popsicle hotline. Nice to have a room with microwave and oven so we could cook for ourselves (there is a Target 10min walk away). Rooms are looking a little tired but that shouldn’t impact the overall experience."
