"We really enjoyed our stay at IHG Tokyo Bay. We had an amazing view of the bridge and the bay from our room. The staff were friendly and attentive to our needs. The property is clean. The breakfast menu offered both American and Japanese dishes. The surrounding area is filled with shops and restaurant yet it was not busy or crowded. This is a very good property for the affordability it also offers."

"Room was clean. Upon arriving, we were directed to do a self check in using a kiosk which was not user friendly. It was hard getting assistance from staff to help us. I liked that the limo bus picked us up at our hotel and there was a train station super close by."

"Beds were extremely firm - like sleeping on the floor. It doesn’t matter if the rooms are larger if the beds are not comfortable. In addition, the beds were pushed so close to the wall that you have to climb over another bed to get into your bed (room with three beds). I don’t recommend this hotel for that reason. I also felt that this hotel was overpriced. "

"I lost the hotel key card (US$0.20) and the hotel charged me a US $6.50 for it. I travel internationally very often and sometimes the room key cards are not even returned and I never had any hotels ever charged me for a lost or non-returned twenty cents key card."
