"This by far, the only affordable-range of hotel that is generous in terms of room space! Room rate includes breakfast too. Room is not tiny! Check-in & out is via a kiosk but super easy. Location has beautiful view of bay. Plenty of train stations to walk to and connect you. Hotel has shuttle service to Tokyo Disneyland! Highly recommended!"

This particular LiVEMAX is located walking distance to Toyosu Park with plenty of great shopping and food options. Enjoy the beautiful city lights walking around there at night too."

"I thought the property was very nice inside with the use of traditional Japanese styles of the tatami rooms and comfortable beds as well as the sliding rice paper doors. It had a great shower room, which could be used like a Onsen with a deep soaking tub and short stool with bucket. But even with these traditional styles, you could’ve easily taken a standup shower. Washer and dryer worked great. Kitchen is well equipped. Breakfast was delivered promptly every morning, however, might recommend...

"We had an amazing stay at the Fairmont. The hotel is beautiful and the views were absolutely stunning. We stayed for a week and were out most nights, but loved coming back to such a comfortable, luxurious space. The spa and gym were excellent and really added to the experience. We’ve also stayed at the Fairmont in Monaco and truly love the Fairmont brand — it never disappoints. We would happily stay here again."

"The hotel’s location and overall condition were decent.
However, even the front desk staff didn’t know whether breakfast was included in the reservation or not.
Despite it not being a standard room, the experience from the very first day of stay wasn’t particularly pleasant.
It seems they really need more careful and thorough staff training. "

"If you want somewhere that’s not filled with tourists, Tamachi is a great choice. jR station gets you anywhere (and only 2 stations from Shimbashi). Walk over to Mita station and there’s tons of food. Hotel is very new, very clean and well designed room. Highly recommended. Everything works and check-in and out is automated, so basically I didn’t need to speak to any staff members. Will stay here again!"
