Room is very small and had no closet. However, the bathroom was fantastic ! The water pressure was great, and had a fabulous toilet. The location was convenient. My family really liked the breakfast ( especially the free cappuccino machine). Room was clean and quiet.

Stayed here for 4 nights and it was a great property to stay at. Location is very close to transportation to get around Tokyo and the Ginza area itself has much to see. Would definitely stay here again!

coffee machine in the lobby and variety of free drink coupons are very good. Only 2 lifts to serve all floors, if access between 1 & 2F can use stairs would help to reduce the load

We had high hopes for this hotel but unfortunately it missed the mark. The staff was nice but seemed very overwhelmed during our stay. The lobby was filled with large and very loud groups taking it over at all hours of the day and the restaurant was no exception. We arrived for our complimentary breakfast and were turned away at 7:01am due to it being full.. breakfast starts at 7:00am. For the price of our room it was very mediocre. Honestly this was the worst part of our trip to Japan and definitely don’t recommend staying here or the area it’s in.

Very clean and modern rooms, comfortable/firm bed, excellent location for dining and shopping in upmarket Ginza area, short walk to Tsukiji fish markets. Only downside is not much room to open a suitcase, and there are only 2 small lifts to service the entire hotel. But would stay there again.
