"Overall was an incredible stay! When we checked in our first room smelled terribly of cigarette smoke although it was a non smoking room. They quickly transferred us to a new room that was MUCH better. Service was amazing and the staff is what you’d expect from a five star. My only recommendation would have been to offer better coffee in the morning and to perhaps have offered something in place of our first night spent in the smoky room. Rooms are big for Tokyo and the views are incredible!...

"This by far, the only affordable-range of hotel that is generous in terms of room space! Room rate includes breakfast too. Room is not tiny! Check-in & out is via a kiosk but super easy. Location has beautiful view of bay. Plenty of train stations to walk to and connect you. Hotel has shuttle service to Tokyo Disneyland! Highly recommended!"
