The property is not well maintained. Cobweb and insects were found in the bathroom. Apparently, no proper housekeeping was done. Minimal facilities. No cooking allowed. The only plus point to this property is that the night market is just nearby.

I booked a unit with three bedrooms. One of room was locked when checking in. Luckily I went back to check with receptionist before they close at 9pm. Finally got a handy man help to unlock the room but he took quite a while to open up the door. Very disappointed when the room was unlock. The room was never clean at all, bed sheet very dirty never change for quite some time.

I give 2 out of 5. Too bad... take sooooo long for check in. And the receptionist desk still close until 11am... many guest hv to wait outside while tried to call all the numbers stated at the banner. I call almost 15 times nobody pick up my phone.. in case i hv to check out early...i dont know who we should call or ask...nobodys will help u.. i came back after 12pm and one of the cleaner (bangla) comes and settle the deposit (rm100) outside the office. And also... i have to wait almost 1 and half hour to wait our astro decoder . No iron.. make sure u bring it from home. The floor little bit dirty and this is my first time experience that customers hv to bring down all the towels and remote cntrl to the receptionist desk. The view is great and the house is big. The building still new.

There is a kitchen but we we told no cooking allowed. I am traveling with family. Secondly wifi not available becauce too many user on that time. Should improve and benchmark with other surrounding.

Nice place to stay....Easy access to pasar malam... But very sad got kitchen no gas.....i pick up towels ftom desk counter but must return back to counter while check out... Very funny....never had experience like that before....

The kitchen did not work properly. Curved and painful mattresses. The couch also is a bit old and curved. Near the night market and walking distance. Free parking. There is a balcony and can see soothing views. For me it just a quite okey with the price and affordable to stay and relax.

The location is good. But the unit I get is a lot of dust, is a new building but inside looks old. The bed sheet got stained, the sofa found biscuits shredded, the cover of jug kettle also got oil trailed found... Looks like previous tenant check out dun have clean up

Clean, spacious, good for group.
Clean and spacious apartment unit, perfect for a group to stay. Room is well equipped with kitchenware and even rice cooker. Also refrigerator is provided. The only drawback is the water heater is not heating the cold water enough. Shower was not warm enough.

Overall so-so
They should provide more slippers in the house because the floor is super cold at night and my parents are suffered of it. Check-in counter is hard to be seen and the service is so-so. The road to parking lot is hard to be seen too. A lot of parking lot but not clean because there is the same big lizard died on the road for 2 days near the lift. The room didn't have a table. Toilet is okay but my parents' water heater is not working well. The living room's sofa smells like one kind. Kitchen is fine. One of the lift is broken when the time we check in. Overall is so-so.

Surrounding was fine except the foul smell from the site which was used as a Night Market during weekends. Amenities are minimum. Only bath towels are provided. Although a stove is provided within the apartment, the support for the burners are removed so no cooking is possible. WIFI is only available at the Reception Counter Area and very unstable. Will not recommend the stay unless its only for spending the night in and nothing else :(

The house is full of Dust and make my baby keep Sneezing and Itchy nose.the Sofa very dirty and the Bed full of hair.The toilets bowl are not functioning well.The kitchen is not fully equipped though during booking they said. The stove is not functioning. the advertisement said the kitchen is fully equipped.
