"Initial room was incredibly noisy (next to generator room) and I had to change to another one. Waited for over 3 hours in the lobby for a new room. Btw people in the opposite rooms can directly look into your room! No private unless you close curtains. WiFi is terrible! Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc ONLY if you login using the tv with your own passwords, but how secure is it for saved passwords? On the 11th floor my mobile reception was also bad. Moved to another hotel after 2 days!"

"The building is a heritage site which means its not very modern. The executive suite we stayed at had significant wear and tear. However, the premises has a pool, sauna and hot tib which was a plus, and the service was excellent."
