"Always love coming here"

"The bedrooms are nice: spacious, good bed/bedding and sizeable bathrooms. The spa and changing rooms are poorly planned and tired. Need maintenance! Inadequate lockers, peeling paint, cramped surroundings. Club Lounge is great with a generous cocktail hour (enough food for dinner, should you feel so inclined) but an underwhelming "afternoon tea" (a scone, basically). Breakfast in the main restaurant was generous but the staff were overwhelmed. Small examples: no cutlery, no proactive coffee...

The onsite restaurants such as The Palace where we had our included buffet breakfast each morning was amazing. The food selection was vast and of great quality.
