"The hotel good was spacious and the staff was AMAZING. We staying in a pool view room and it was the best decision! I got the breakfast package and it was nice being about to eat without having to leave the resort. The hotel pool is heated but the water park is not. "

"Clean room. When the people above us were extremely loud and we complained. They offered a free dinner for us. And had security monitor them for noise. The buses to universal studios were always there waiting for us to jump on. Never had to wait for them. My only complaint was the $44 fee to store our luggage until we could leave for our flight home. First time I have been charged"
