"Very clean, all the amenities and definitely close to everything"

"The room was a great size, incredibly clean and perfect for our family of 4"

"Clean room, great location!"

"Staying at the Minn Karasuma Gojo Kyoto Station, was one of the best parts of our trip. The location was convenient to Kyoto Station, there were lots of coffee shops around and the only a short walk to a grocery store. The accommodations had everything we needed, plates, cups, glasses, cookware and a washer/dryer with detergent. It was super clean and quiet, with plenty of space for our family to stretch out and not be on top of each other. Would definitely stay there again."

"As a family of 4 we had a great stay. Hotel was very clean, staff were great and location was very convenient. Would definitely stay again."

"We arrived to Kyoto early, didn't expect the hotel to let us check-in but they did because the room was ready. The process was pleasant and smooth. The room was very clean and had everything we needed. The area was quiet, yet very convenient access to the Keihan line and the buses, about 17 mins walk to Kyoto station and TeamLab. We would definitely stay here again if we visit Kyoto."

"I misunderstood or was misled when I booked a vacation rental thinking it was going to be a regular hotel and I had to wait with my bags for several hours before I could check in. The room could provide a more comfortable chair with a back support."

"Casana Kyoto is a newly built hidden gem in a quiet residential neighbourhood near the historic Gion district. We chose it to get away from the touristy areas while having the modern conveniences of a serviced apartment, but with a traditional Japanese feel. It delivered all that and more! It's located about 15-20 min walk to the main streets and the popular Pontocho alley. It’s just 20 mins away from Fushimi Inari (1000 tori gates), and a 45 min drive of the popular Arashiyama Bamboo Forest...

"The staff at the front desk was very helpful. We love being able to cook some eggs and toast for breakfast a few days because we had pots and pans that we could use. The location is close to a station which makes things easy. We loved the quiet neighborhood and the fact that we could easily walk to some neighborhood grocery stores when we needed things. There are also convenience stores and pharmacies nearby. Great little spot."

"We loved being within walking distance to Kyoto Station. The front desk was also very helpful in forwarding our luggage to Tokyo. We would definitely stay here again."

"This is the best hotel I stayed in on my trip to Japan if you are staying in Kyoto book this hotel"

"The staff were very friendly and helpful. We got a great restaurant recommendation. The room was a good size, comfortable, clean, and provided everything we needed. The location was close to the station but tucked away so it was nice and quiet. There were lots of restaurants and shops close by. We would definitely recommend it!"

"The premium suite was large, comfortable and extremely well-appointed with everything you might need. The location is a bit away from the major tourist spots but it’s quite close to Toji Station and only one stop from Kyoto Station. "
