Huge fan of this chain and this property. We stayed in both Kyoto and Tokyo at this chain and it was consistently excellent. Highly recommended and great for families because the rooms are like small apartments.

Love love love this hotel! The location is super convenient, beautiful, safe, and walkable! 24/7 super markets (Fresco and 7Elven), bus stops, restaurants, and beautiful Kamo River are within short walk distance. The room is very spacious for a family with small kitchen, microwave, refrigerator, and dining table set. There are laundry room on the first floor where we were able to wash and dry clothes. There are even a foreign currency exchange machine, a gym and a kids' room! They provide same-day luggage storage service. The staff are super nice. Our family love Mimaru we will definitely stay at Mimaru chain hotel when we visit Japan next time!
