"Hotel is in great location. A/C doesnt cool good enough to keep up with outside. Thermostat set to lowest setting allowed and still very warm in room. Bathroom was nice, except for high tub walls. They are extremely high for people who may have issues getting in or out for bathing. Staff was very helpful. I would be ok with staying here again IF not during Summer time heat."

"The property is centrally located and close to everything. Big Ben, Westminster Abbey, London Eye, Trafalgar Square are all within walkable distance. The rooms are small, and there are times when the air conditioning would go off. Given the heat wave, it would disrupt sleep, especially between 4-5 am. One could request for the air conditioning to not be turned off, which we did for one of the nights, but it still did turn off at 4 am. That was the major negative aspect of our stay."

"The level of customer service fir this hotel was off the charts! Concierge check in, upgraded room, chilled water station on every floor, no request was too much for the staff, roof top bar was super fun and great bar and cocktails at Lyonasse! Definitely will stay again"

"This is a lovely hotel with high standards for cleanliness and service Breakfast was very good with as n excellent selection at the buffet. The concierge was extremely helpful in arranging transportation for short and long trips. The area is beautiful with views from the window of zing Ben and Parliament. Only negative is that it’s at least a 15 minute walk to the tube station"

"Very glad we booked the balcony, ended our evening with a very tasty cocktail from the bar outside watching the world go by. Everyone that worked there were really friendly. The room was lovely and airy, and having a Marshall speaker to connect to was a great touch. The room was quite bright in the morning, because everything in there is white, this wasn’t a problem for us at all as I always sleep with an eye mask anyway. "Todo estaba bien y limpio pero no había elevador y nos tocó subir maletas a una segundo piso (pudo haber sido incluso a un tercer piso) pero eso no hubiera sido problema si al llegar al cuarto hubiéramos podido prender el aire acondicionado o al menos un ventilador potente. El cuarto daba a la calle y la calle es muy ruidosa por lo que en la noche no podíamos abrir la ventana para refrescar el cuarto y sin aire acondicionado el calor era insoportable. Lástima porque el lugar estaba cómodo y...
