"The hotel and the property were gorgeous. It was a beautiful respite from the crowds of Venice. Concierge was very helpful. Unfortunately, the air conditioner in the room didn’t work during our hot, two night stay. The lights flickered on and off frequently. The maintenance staff tried to fix the air conditioner after the first night with no success. The thermostat beeped incessantly all night after the attempted repair."

The terrace on our room was huge, we had morning coffee there and wine in the evening after dinner it was perfect. Staff are attentive and friendly and gave us some great information about the water buses and local restaurants. Would absolutely stay again."
