No special treatment for Expedia Platinum Members. Loud music in room but thankfully was dealt with after being shown two different rooms that were not up to standard (one with a very dirty wall and the other with a horrible dirty view.) "Great canal=front location hotel on the island of Murino. Excellent bar staff and bar location with waterfront terrace. Great King Size modern furnished room, although lighting configuration a little confusing. Vaporetto stop right outside hotel, approx 15 mins into Venice."

"Hotel was in a nice location and the staff tried hard to please. Unfortunately the room was so small it was difficult for two people to move around each other. The bed creaked and the fan rattled. No lift. We discovered that Murano and Burano are best as day trips as there are very few restaurants open in the evenings once the tourists leave."
