"It's modern and clean facility which stands out from other nearby older hotels and properties. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The bus stop for going into Venice is less than 5mins from the hotel front door. No need to walk to train station."

"This is a gorgeous property but not for anyone who does not plan on commuting by boat to do anything than wander its island. The Hotel shuttle costs €15 per person per stay and doesn't start until 9am. I wanted to begin seeing Everything in Venice early so either pay private water taxi or take public boats... which if full.. you have wait for next one. The Staff are wonderful and room gorgeous but if you want to go back forth shopping and such, its just not convenient. "

"The staff were very welcoming. Everyone spoke English with me which was great since I didn’t know nearly enough Italian to get by. The room was quaint. Not quite what I expected but very nice. The heat wasn’t working week but they had provided plenty of extra blankets. The view of the Rialto bridge and grand canal right outside my window was just perfect. Would highly recommend. "
