"You cannot beat the location, the hotel is literally steps away from San Marco square. My only problem was to find the place, there is no "hotel" sign, the sign actually says "312 Exclusive rooms" and is not on the square, but on a little side street. There is no lobby per se and you have to ring the bell to be buzzed in. Afterwards, your room card also lets you in the front door. I personally loved the quietness and privacy of the place. "We had a lovely stay here. The location is great, accessible by water taxi or on foot. We could easily walk to San Marco Square and Rialtto bridge. Some great restaurants right around this hotel. Breakfast wasn’t that great though unless you’re just getting pastries. The eggs and bacon weren’t appetizing. "Brilliant location, spacious apartment. Secure, safe, accessible (as far as Venice goes). Would stay again. Rooms were great, bathroom and kitchenette/dining area excellent. Only annoying thing was the incessant WhatsApp messages trying to sell tours and trips before our arrival. A couple of the reviews mention parking. There is no parking - it’s Venice!
