"This was a small bed & breakfast with 8 different types of rooms but up on the 2nd or 3rd floors to get to it. At least 2 flights up to the top main floor. Had a nice breakfast and many coffee & liquor options. Quite. Not far from the bus or train stations. "

"This hotel is very well located near Venice's sights. You can stay here and get to Piazza San Marco in 10 minutes for example. It's also a 10 minute walk to the Alilaguna stop to come from the airport just don't bring heavy luggage. The room is great with comfortable beds and nice venetian floor. "Very nice room for a family of 4. Everyone had their own bed, which was our main concern. Fabio at the front desk was very welcoming when we arrived at the property with our water taxi and arranged for our luggage to be brought up to our rooms. The room itself was in the next building over, which wasn’t a big deal. The only thing we noticed was that particular stairwell was super stuffy and smelled rather fishy (but with the hotel on a canal, I don’t know if that could be helped). Overall, a...

"Beautiful place to stay, run by such lovely staff and the breakfast is exceptional due to service, homemade foods and the overall cute atmosphere. Rooms are spacious with an amazing AC, comfy bed, etc. If we come back to Venice, we would 100% stay here again."
