"We booked this through hotels.com and we got a confirmation however they did not nor did they receive payment. We arrived and the host Valentina was waiting for us (because we called). She graciously let us in the gates and showed us one of two rooms to choose from which either one was fine. We were hungry and Valentina recommended a nearby restaurant that had great food. We woke up to a beautiful continental breakfast which tasted amazing and a latte. It was really foggy and we had to rush...

"This was my third stay at Bel Sito e Berlino. Firstly the staff is as fine as any in Venice. They simply can't do enough to help, and always with a smile. The building is beautiful, it has a canal entrance for private taxis, and for public transport it is located at the S. Maria del Giglio ferry landing. Just a two minute walk to the hotel with no bridges to cross with heavy suite cases. The hotel has an incredible breakfast buffet in the morning, and a bar all day/ night til 11 pm. There...
