"All staffs are very friendly, and they give free hotel amenities & coffee machine on the lobby. The room is pretty small, but in Japan, they just make the most out of small size, so that is understandable. 5-10 minute walking distance from the 2 different stations, and many local restaurants are near the station. It was completely worth the price and I would book this hotel agin if I go to Tokyo next time."

"First off, staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was ideal and close to essential tourist subways. Excellent coffee served there. Only two negatives was, checks ins could be anytime of the day or night. Which really left me exhausted the night before leaving japan and on other days. . And a problem I noted in a previous hostel, pillows can't be washed so previous sweat stains evident from previous guests, when you sweat, the smell is released. So sorry as the place was great. "

"Excellent location being close to both rail lines and a medium distance walk to Asakusa and Akihabara. The breakfast is excellent but pricey. I would prefer less food options with a lower price. Nice view of the picturesque Sumida river and background buildings. My room was even positioned to view the sunset. I didn’t have the problem a lot of people have mentioned with the elevators. My biggest wait time was 10 minutes. I definitely plan on staying there again in the future."
