"Location is great, hotel is beautiful, and staff was gracious. We felt lucky to stay on the 2nd floor where the onsen was located, which was always quiet and never busy–it was SO GOOD we went every morning and every night of our 3 night stay! "Excellent hotel located near to Keisei skyliner and Ueno station. Room was spacious and bunker bed was my son favourite. They have paid laundry at 2nd floor and free amenities at ground floor for you to take before going to your room. Good view from the room and the check-in and check-out is by system which is easy to use and fast. No breakfast is provided but the hotel do have a cafe if you need meal."

"The room is small as we do the standard size, but it’s Tokyo so you can’t expect the room to be really big. But they got everything you need in the room, laundry, cleaning tools, and cooking equipment. It’s supper convenient, there’s a lot of food that open really late and only 15 mins walk to Akihabara! I enjoyed my stay here with my family and would definitely comeback!"
