Staff rather cold and not particularly helpful, but hotel is very clean and well appointed. Typical 3-star. Room very spacious but bathroom tiny, no shelf to place your toiletries anywhere. Attractive and functional. View of brick wall. Close to Piazza San Marco. Many dining options nearby. Warning to the mobility-impaired: even though there is a lift (elevator) there are many steps to and from it.
