"Very conveniently close to main attractions, quiet, safe location. Very helpful staff, good room size , good breakfast. Good value. Recommend!
Note: if you use a white taxi it drops and picks up from the hotel door; if Uber you must walk about 50 yards.
Hotel can arrange for limo transport at relatively decent price, but you must pay in cash…do the white taxi!"

"Had the 5th floor Pantheon view suite with an extra room. Fantastic staff- friendly, even packed a breakfast for us when we had a very early morning airport transfer. Can’t beat looking out onto the Pantheon, with all of the Roman must-sees in easy walking distance, and tons of good choices (three gelato places, including Venchi, within 20 yards of the door.
Elevator is slow and small, but staff happily assist with bag delivery. Piazza can be loud with open windows, but when shut, the room...

"We wish we could have stayed longer! The location was fantastic, and the rooms were so cute, clean, and comfortable. The air conditioning was amazing- we actually had to turn it up, which is unheard of for Americans traveling in Europe! The staff was incredibly communicative, helpful, and accommodating. We also booked transportation to and from the airport through the hotel, and the drivers dropped us off and picked us up right at the door. They were responsive and easy to coordinate with,...

"Room was beautiful and well kept, staff were helpful with any questions and requesting of taxi that we had. Only downside was the bathtub faucet in the bathroom was either blocked or malfunctioning, as when we went to turn it on during multiple attempts to use the tub, it shot the water straight out past the tub and onto the floor, so unable to use the tub."

"The desk staff were curt, unpleasant and unhelpful, I had double hip replacement surgery a year ago and the elevator was out of order for 3 days of my stay forcing me to clime 10 flights of stairs to the 5th floor. It was very painful. The only real positive was the cafe manager who also served the guests at breakfast. He was friendly, attentive and provided great service."
