"The room was small, but it served its purpose as an intimate room to sleep and shower. It was located in a place that was close to many popular attractions, like Times Square. The staff was really helpful; the breakfast was small, but it was a good grab-and-go start to the day."

"Everything was great. Breakfast was included with the stay. I recommend going to breakfast early though because it becomes very busy after eight am. They handle the crowd very well but finding a table may be difficult if you don’t get there early."

"I come to NY every six months and this hotel has been the best place I have stayed. Location is fantastic and safe, room is perfect and very very clean. Staff are helpful and there is a fantastic coffee shop at street level. I will definitely stay here again"

"The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. The room was satisfactory and clean. My only complaint is that there are additional amenity fees not included when you book on Expedia and it’s never a good feeling to be blind sighted with additional charges, particularly for amenities you don’t use. Other than that, great hotel to stay at if you need to spend a night or two in midtown."
