"Property began on the 11th floor so the views from the rooms are great. Drapes are automatic. Bed was very comfortable. Sheets and cover were immaculate. Shower was wonderful. Restaurant opened at 6 am with great coffee and croissants. Although as someone who lived in Manhattan for 20 years, I don’t love Times Square, this hotel far exceeded my expectations."

"This hotel location is right near Times Square and Broadway. It is super clean and the room comfortable. We had the breakfast buffet every morning that was delicious. They have such polite and friendly staff everywhere. So well organized and friendly. Should definitely stay here again!"

"Perfect-sized room if you plan on just sleeping and seeing the city. Staff was SUPER friendly!! Security at night, felt very safe. Would stay here again"

"The check in experience was disappointing and took a very long time."

"Enjoy our stay everytime we come here!"

"The room was clean and comfortable, though small with limited storage space. My only "complaint" is that steam from the shower set off my fire alarm - which continued to blare for nearly an hour and a half, so I had to be super cautious about not letting any steam get near it again (opening the window, cranking up the fan on the thermostat to keep the air moving...)"

"Good breakfast."

"Nothing besides the location. Dirty, very expensive, $9 for a bottle of water. 90$ per night to park vehicle. Very dated room and dirty bathroom"

"Everything you would want to see was with in walking distance. Beautiful views of the NYC skyline. Breastfast was great too"
