"The staff were pleasant and courteous, from the management, front desk, kitchen staff and housekeeping. The room was clean and well maintained (no rusting bathroom fixtures here nor peeling wallpapers or pilling carpets.) All the appliances were working in the room, like the coffee machine, A/C unit and hair dryer that I used. The elevators were both working during our 4 day stay. One of my complaints is that TV has no smart features, meaning you can't cast from your phone to watch your own streaming service as the TV we have in our room was very basic. Another off putting thing is that they use paper plates for their breakfast buffet service. I just hope that this wouldn't make the rest of the hotel guests (none of them native English speakers) would think that all hotels in the US would have their guests use paper plates. But I would still say this the place was very clean and very quiet and the service was excellent. "

"Everything about The Box Hotel made for a pleasant weekend experience. The location was relatively convenient for the various things we wanted to do over the course of our stay. The lobby area of the property was quite attractive, and our room was very comfortable - not large, but very clean and crisp. The staff member who took my call advising that we might not arrive until the latter part of the evening was understanding and assured me that our timing would not be an issue. The desk personnel, both at check-in and check-out, were pleasant and courteous and answered whatever questions we had easily. We enjoyed our stay."
