"One of the best hotel I've ever stayed at, and they are worth every penny you spent. The common amenities are beautifully designed, it felt like a pristine museum/fancy lounge. The single room has a Japandi aesthetic which is really well-designed to feel spacious within the small space. Lighting are perfect, bright, warm, and cozy. Staffs are really well-dressed and caring. They accommodated my stay attentively. Highly recommended and definitely come back for another time."

"We travelled as a family of 4 adults and were given 2 queen size mattress. It was adequate for us and comfy. Only gripe I had with the bed was that the bed frame was atop a metal base with sharp edges at the base plus the frame was held together by clasps which jutted out! "Nothing to dislike. This was my 2nd home until it was shut down. Reopened in May so of course after bouncing around other hotels in the area I'm back where I belong. Welcomed by Nelson and Sam when I walked in. New at reception was warmly welcomed by Gezennia. Went to the new bar area to see Javier. Nice renovated room on the 25th floor. Hotel renovations are great. As a Broadway fan close to All Broadway theatres and TKTS for discounted tickets. Plenty of restaurants for meals in all price...

"I stayed 3 nights at the Artezen and really enjoyed it. The room was really nice and clean. What really stood out for me were the beautiful linens by Frette (slippers too!), which I thought was a very elegant touch. The staff is delightfully young and friendly. Also very helpful when I asked for an iron … ironing board and iron sent to the room immediately. Also, I had a VIP voucher to use at the rooftop bar, but as it was closed on Sunday night and memorial day Monday night, I couldn’t use it....
