"Hotel rate as 5 star but we never feel to be serve like 5 star. Buffet Breakfast - restaurant not able to occupied guest while the night before hotel was service with wedding and foreigner bus trip. We have to queue for long in order to be seat. Table cleaning was not well clean. Asking for child kiddy set which need 3 follow up and requested with different servant to be given. "First, it looks very high class, nice design, clean and comfort. You can rest assured that your stay will be pleasant and enjoyable.
