"Absolutely outstanding stay at Be Mate Apartments Venice. From the moment we arrived, everything was seamless. A special mention has to go to Giulia, who helped us with check-in and made us feel incredibly welcome. She was warm, friendly, professional and genuinely went out of her way to make sure we were settled and had everything we needed. "Room was clean and nice, quite small but has everything you need. There is a nice communal area downstairs (although only a few rooms so felt quite quiet) where you can get the final view - was very nice. Only complaint was we couldn’t get the window to shut, and messaged the hosts on our first day, but never got a response."
