"This is a really great property in an amazing location. We had the Magnolia apartment and the living room and bedrooms are huge. The palazzo is beautifully restored and it is such a comfortable place. We were able to get a water taxi directly to and from so no dragging luggage around Venice. I highly recommend staying here. "

Whoever did the modernising was not a perfectionist in terms of finish! But everything worked well and we enjoyed it enormously. "We never saw or talked to a host. No instructions in the room regarding who to contact with problems/questions. Room was quiet and good sized but sparsely furnished. Appeared to be in need of a good cleaning. Black spots on the window sheers -hard to tell but possibly mildew? Multiple stains in the shower, glass door and toilet could be due to hard water but wonder if some cleaning products could remove the stains. The fridge did not seem to work no matter what setting we tried. A.C./heat...
