Excellent hotel. All staff were friendly and very helpful. Good breakfast included in price. Lovely terraces too. Room was cleaned daily. Bus stop outside hotel along with nearby shops, cafes, restaurants, etc.

Amazing value, cozy and nice

Wonderful safe cozy haven. Amazing value. Not super central (like near Trevi fountain) but it’s actually nice being a bit away and quiet. Metro is 10min or less by foot, and easy access to the center. (Rome metro is super easy to navigate). It’s kind of between the touristy center and Vatican so if you’re planning on going to the latter it’s quite convenient, especially if taking taxis. The many many baked goods and cakes at breakfast is so nice. Overall, very reliable, pleasant and highly satisfying hotel!

Great find in Rome

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Santa Prisca. The main reason why we chose this hotel was because they offered off road parking - which is tough to find in Rome. It turned out that it was even better than we could have imagined! The location is fantastic - right outside the hotel are bus stops that can quickly take you into the city centre. But you're just outside the busy centre so you can get a peaceful night's sleep. The staff were so friendly - they were happy to answer questions we had & I particularly liked the friendly staff in the breakfast room! Breakfast provided was lovely - a vast selection & plentiful. I particularly liked the fruit - it was so tasty. My husband enjoyed the eggs & bacon!! The room itself, whilst small, it was perfectly adequate for our short stay. It was comfortable & when we requested extra pillows, they were up very quickly. I would highly recommend this hotel & would definitely return if I came back to Rome. Thank you!!

Lovely place!

Beautiful hotel. The beds are typical of hotels in Italy it seems where the mattresses are quite firm, but the room was huge and the staff was wonderful!

Good value for your stay in Rome.

Well run hotel with friendly staff and good service. Beautiful treed location outside the downtown core, but easy walk to the Metro and convenient buses outside the door. Lots of restaurants near by. Older hotel, well kept but smallish room. No mini fridge or kettle which disappointed. Good breakfast.

Located nicely in the centre, 15 minutes to the Kolloseum. Rooms are a bit old fashioned but clean. Breakfast is on a low standard. Value for money? Maybe just OK.

Great base for a weekend in Rome

Made a wonderful base for our weekend in Rome. The rooms aren't the most modern but spacious enough and clean. The shower had great pressure too. Breakfast was good, and the staff were all very friendly with Nico being a particular highlight (he's quite the character!). Location was excellent around a 20 min walk to the Colosseum and also being in the Testaccio district it meant we had easy access to loads of wonderful great value restaurants, plus our favourite Gelato place in Rome just across the street. Would happily stay here again next time we visit. Thanks for a lovely stay!

OK for price but let down by breakfast.

A clean hotel with friendly staff and in an easily-accessible but ‘off the beaten track’ location. Only real issue I had was with the breakfast - it actually consists of a voucher refundable at a bakery/cafe across the road. If you are expecting any fruit or cereals with your breakfast, then you will be sadly disappointed!

Era la prima volta che soggiornavo presso l'hotel e devo dire che a parte il fatto che l'aria condizionata non era ancora attiva, ho trovato personale estremamente cortese e che svolge il suo lavoro con gioia; ti mette di buon umore. Camera piccola ma confortevole e pulita. Wi-Fi in camera utile per e-mail e Internet, ma dovendo fare un collegamento Zoom sono dovuto scendere nella parte comune.

Schönes Hotel. Vor allem der Service beim Frühstück ist hervorzuheben. Das Zimmer was wir hatten, ist genau wie auf den Bildern zu sehen. Die Umgebung ist klasse: viele Restaurants in der Nähe und ca. 15 min Gehweg von der ersten Sehenswürdigkeit entfernt
